Oxygen concentration is measured at rated flow settings under standard test conditions; real output varies with altitude, temperature, and setting. A dash means we don't have a verified figure from the manufacturer yet — ask us and we'll find out rather than guess. Our veterinary machines are listed separately.
Three promises
Each one costs us money. That's the point.
The complaint that follows every budget concentrator is "nobody answers the phone." We built the company around making that impossible.
30 days
Thirty days to change your mind
Unopened, within 30 days, no restocking fee. Opened items carry a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer's. Wrong item or a defect is on us — we pay the return and send the right one. Full terms are in our refund policy.
One year
A one-year warranty that covers the machine
If it fails in normal use inside the first year, we repair or replace it. Call us and we'll sort out which, and walk you through what happens next.
8am–8pm ET
A phone number with a person on it
Monday through Friday, a person picks up. Not a chatbot, not a WhatsApp thread, not a ticket answered tomorrow. Phone support stays free for as long as you own the machine.
On using it
Made to be worked by hand.
Every machine here is built to be worked by hand — a switch, a flow dial, and a display you can read from across the room. Check each product page for exactly what that machine offers.
Before you buy
Questions we get every week.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No. Our machines are sold as general wellness devices for everyday breathing comfort, so you can order directly. If you're managing a health condition, talk with your doctor first — they can tell you whether supplemental oxygen suits you and at what setting.
How fast does it arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then arrive in 3–5 within the US. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
What do the concentration figures mean?
It's the oxygen concentration a machine delivers at its rated settings, measured under standard test conditions. Our machines differ: some run at 93%, others at 33%. Room air is about 21%. The figure for each machine is on its own product page.
Can I use it overnight?
It depends on the machine — check the specifications on its product page, and ask your doctor whether overnight use is right for you.
What if it breaks?
Call us. Inside the first year we repair or replace it under warranty, and we'll tell you which on the phone. After that we repair at a flat rate. Phone support is free for as long as you own it.
What if it isn't right for me?
Thirty days from delivery. Unopened items come back with no restocking fee; opened items carry a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is yours either way. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective, that's on us — we cover it.
